Customer services information


  • The Paw-works ships to all areas of mainland UK. Please contact us for shipping to other areas.

  • The cost of shipping is calculated as per Royal Mail charges.

  • We aim to dispatch packages within 2 working days of your order being placed.

  • All packages will be sent with a 2-3 day delivery time unless you request otherwise.

  • If your item is urgent, please contact us directly and we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible via next day delivery (this may incur an extra cost).

  • We will let you know when your order is on it's way.

Cancelling an order

  • If you wish to cancel your order you must do so before it has been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched you can not be refunded the postage even if you return the order.

Refunds and returns

  • If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first.

  • Not all items are suitable for return, please check item descriptions before purchase.

  • Items must be returned unused and in new condition 

Missing or faulty items

  • In the event that an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your order so that we can correct your order.

  • Should an item become faulty within 3 months of purchase please contact us stating the date of purchase and the nature of the problem. (This excludes items that are deemed for single use).

We value your privacy

  • We do keep records of our customers so that we can improve our service to you, these details are kept safely and we will not share them with anybody else.

  • We may from time to time send you information, offers and updates on our products and services, you can opt out from this any time you wish.

  • We do not keep records of your card or payment details.
